Q: Are all Savvy Girl charms sterling silver?
Q: Are all your charms 3D?
A: 95% of our charms are 3 dimensional so they look great from all angles. A few are flat (like the Wolf) but all are 2-sided, meaning the back of the wolf charm is the back of a wolf! A few charms are blank on the back which allows you to have them engraved.
Q: Are the silver chains sterling silver?
A: No, can't be. First, sterling silver chain is expensive and we are trying to keep costs down for you, and second, sterling silver chain attaches itself to our sterling silver magnets, so that doesn't work! Silver-filled is the next highest level in material and we like it because it tarnishes less quickly than sterling silver chain and is nice and shiny and stays that way.
Q: Are the magnets sterling silver?
A: Yes, indeed. Even the little rings (called jump rings) that are attached to them are sterling silver. We feel strongly about details.
Q: Are the magnets safe, and are they strong?
A: You should not wear anything with magnets if you have a pace-maker. And of course keep them out of the hands of children and seek immediate medical help if swallowed.
We believe they are the perfect strength. Strong enough to stay on, but easy to get on and off to change charms and pendants.
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We're not happy until you are. If anything arrives to you damaged, send it back to us and we will send you a new one at no charge. Or, if you are simply unhappy tell us why, return it, and we will send you something else or refund your money. No questions asked. And what the heck, if you break something send it back to us and we'll send you another one! We will also pay for the postage back and forth. Can't beat that with a stick.
Q: Are you an American company?
A: Yes, 100% owned and operated. We were founded in, and are based in Naples, Florida. We love the winters here, the summers, not so much.
Q: Is your process patent-pending?
A: It is, and we have the legal fees and paperwork to prove it!

Q: Why does it take my charm or necklace a week to get to me?
A: All our products are put together one at a time by real people in Naples, Florida and we are crazy about quality control so we make sure everything is as perfect as it can be before it goes out to you, but if you're in a hurry email us and we will expedite the process for you.
Q: Can I get a charm engraved?
A: The vast majority of our charms are 3 dimensional so they look great from all sides, but a few are flat and blank on the back which allows for engraving. Those that are engraveable are clearly marked on the website.
Q: Can I get all my jewelry wet?
A: Absolutely. That's part of the fun.
Q: Will my charms tarnish over time?
A: All sterling silver tarnishes over time, but the good news is that we have the solution. Go to "Caring For Your Savvies" to learn more!
